Ceylon Star… you have a wonderful complex flavor and I love you for it. It’s sweet and spicy and a wee bit licorice-y and just totally perfect for me. I was so excited to get this one in the mail this week, and it hasn’t let me down. So, so good.
EDIT: I’m currently having a second steep of this with some vanilla vodka and a sprinkle of brown sugar. It’s pretty much the best thing ever.
