So… I feel kind of bad for liking this tea since most everyone who has reviewed it so far hasn’t really liked it all that much. I bought this for a ridiculously low price during the heavenly sale. Actually, I think I have close to a 1/2 pound of it based on my cheeky order of 4 of the “Holiday Favorites” collections when they put it 75% off (it was just under $6 for each set with the coupon code I found, how could I not?!?).

Anyway, this doesn’t taste like tea yet has the benefit of rooibos. It is a sweet cinnamon goodness with a bit of juicy tartness. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll have trouble finishes the baggies I have, especially since it’s a rather heavy chunky blend.

3 tsp + a dash of sweetener in my 16oz steeping mug

Reserving my rating till I try a 2nd steeping.

edit
Second steep was significantly less flavorful, but still tasty. And to be honest, for the price I paid, I don’t mind only getting one steep out of it.

I recently discovered loose leaf tea and am already addicted (much to my husband’s dismay)! I prefer fruity teas iced and savory teas hot. Looking forward to drinking and chatting.

Some likes/dislikes I’ve been noticing:

Likes:
Pineapple
Jasmine
Fruity White Teas
lighters Blacks
Most Oolongs (especially greener varieties)
dessert teas
tisanes iced that don’t require added sweetener

Dislikes:
Spicy flavors unless in chai
astringent black teas
heavy ginger teas
teas with licorice (as primary ingredients – somehow I like some where the licorice is in the back drop)
heavily oxidized oolongs

For my own reference, I’m only placing “full size” teas in my cupboard.
