Anybody see last night’s Game of Thrones episode?

I don’t know how many times I said the word “No”. Episode 9 historically has always given us a shocker and they have been setting us up for that spefici event, but I was hoping it still wouldn’t happen. Wouldn’t be Game of Thrones without a few moments like that each season.

While I was yelling at the TV, I was drinking this beauty. I was surprised I liked this one so much. I was honestly expecting a generic citrus flavor, but what I actually got was a bright citrus sunshine flavor that I drank down fast and instantly went to the kitchen to cold brew. The papaya is sweet with the green tea rounding out the blend with a grassy feel. Sunshine in a cup is what I kept thinking.

Flavors: Citrus, Grass, Sweet

I watch GOT religiously, LOL. I’ve read all the books, so it always irritates me a little when they don’t stick to the story, leave out characters, change the timeline, and such, but thus is the way with HBO, and I’ll take what I can get.

I’m back and hopefully for good! After a bit of a hiatus, I want to get back in the habit of logging my tea journey for various reasons.

I never know how to start these things. I’m a 40ish tea loving gal who enjoys tea parties, horror movies and polka dots/plaid. I have an amazing supportive husband who has allowed our house to be over run by tea in more ways than one. We have four kiddos between us along with our two furbabies that we love as much as they drive us nuts. Our family truly is our world.

Now on to the tea: I love all kinds. I’m not a huge fan of red rooibos- truly is my arch enemy but I love green rooibos. Beyond that, I’ll try everything once or twice to make sure I didn’t bumble up the steepings. Recently got into puerh and enjoying the adventure. If you are interested in something from me, just holler at me. I’m always up for trying new tea blends or sharing with others!

I’ve also started blending up my own teas at http://www.cuppageekteas.com/ I try to make fun unique blends to brighten someones day with.

I am also the admin behind SororiTea Sisters. If you are interested in reviewing teas for us, let me know!. We are always looking for guest reviewers or contributors: http://sororiteasisters.com/.
