I bought this tea last year (so before the upgrade) and all I can say is that I wish I had bought less than 4oz. Now I’m down to my last ounce, and I just can’t bring myself to drink anymore of it. Now, I don’t mind the smell—i love cherries! The taste of this tea is what bothers me.
No matter how hard I tried to not over-steep, the tea always came out bitter, extremely bitter. Usually I sweeten my tea with rock sugar, but sometimes this tea comes out so bad I have to pull out an equal…or two just to make it somewhat drinkable.
Some days it tastes better than others , but I have never eagerly made this tea. Mainly, I just keep making it to use it up to make room to buy my next tea.

You can always post your tea here:

I hate when that happens (tea fatigue)…
Have you tried using less leaf or decreasing the temperature? That sometimes helps me make bitter teas more bearable :)
Cofftea, thanks for the heads up! I don’t have enough of Snow Geisha left to do that, but I’ll keep that in mind for future buys that I dislike.
Shanti, I’ve tried decreasing the temperature, next time I’ll try to use less leaves too. Thanks for the tip!

Kathryn, there is no minimum requirement.
