If my dreams were food, they would be of lemons, limes, and cheesecake. This being one of those three flavors, I was super excited to have some Lime Chiffon after hearing the rave reviews about this and its Lemon Chiffon counterpart.

The smell of the dry rooibos is very lime-y. I brewed this for 4 minutes or so and it still smells amazing at this point. The taste of the tea is not overwhelmingly lime (I really wanted it to be tart), but it has the creamy chiffon flavor and a nice subtle lime, like in a well-made key lime pie (again without the super tart flavor). Overall, a very nice tea and I’ll be glad to have it again :D

Learning more about tea every day.

Likes: Greens, whites, oolongs, blacks, and herbals! Just depends on the mood :)
Dislikes: Coconut, melon, chocolate, peach, cherry

I also collect antique teaware (Chinese and Japanese).

I’d love to try new types, varieties, etc. I’m still exploring pu-erh to make a complete decision whether to keep trying it or just count it as a loss.

I’d love to trade with anyone who likes something that I might have! I just have to get everything added to my cupboard first :)
