This isn’t bad but I prefer a plain genmaicha, The malt kind of overpowers the roasted rice flavor.
Lovely light bodied tea with a nice peach accent flavor. Especially good with a little orange blossom honey (I’m not only a tea snob I’m a honey snob too :) )
Steeped this for 6 minutes this time and it brought out the flavor more without any bitterness.
My standby tea when I don’t know what else to drink. Lovely aroma and smooth delicious taste.
