This really is a lovely tea. It isn’t as boisterous as some of my China blacks. It is sweet molasses and caramel, with an earthy sweet potato taste (if that makes sense). Malt? yes, but that isn’t what drives the flavor. Its strength is is smoothness. Re-steeps well.

While sipping this and catching up on tasting notes, I nibbled on a pumpkin Pop Tart. What a great combination! … and I think the healthy tea cancels out the not so healthy pastry.

Haha! Wouldn’t it be funny if it worked like that? It is recommended you have all the junk food you want, but please add at least 5 daily portions of tea to your diet.
