237 Tasting Notes
It was better this time around, with a longer brew time. I still don’t particularly like this one, though I can’t put my finger on anything I actively disklike about it.
It’s a pretty pale yellowish spring green, with some floral scent. The taste is more bright and mineral, not really floral.
Mr. Kupgup stole my cup for a sip, and said he liked it. I convinced him to finish the cup, on account of his cold, and then he came back for more. Perhaps I can foist off the rest of my sample baggie on him, if I act quickly, before he gets over the cold.
