Made as a chai latte as others have advised (2 tsp tea in 1/4 cup boiling water, tsp brown sugar, pan of semi-skimmed milk – allow to infuse 4 mins)
Wish the spices were a little stronger but overall really nice.

I really love tea… and when I say tea I mean Barry’s or Lyon’s Irish Breakfast Tea. It’s what I grew up knowing as tea and for me it’ll always be the best.
I have also drunk infusions, normally berry flavoured ones. I am beginning to explore other teas.
I take black tea either infused in water with cold milk added or as a tea latte with sugar.
Mate, Green, white or infusions I take plain.
