I hear you talk about this so much on your channel and I am SOOO sad I can’t get it. :( Have you found anything similar since they closed?

This became a sipdown last night. I would seriously consider purchasing this again. Each time I had this in the evening I really looked forward to drinking it.

Last night I curled up on the couch with my sore muscles, a cup of this, and a DVR full of TLC’s Who Do You Think You Are? episodes. That show is pretty much my favorite. I always look forward to its return because I love genealogy anyways, but that show makes it kind of like a detective show too. Such a brilliant combination.

White teas in general seem to be growing on me, but I really gravitate towards flavored white teas lately. Any recommendations?

But anyways. This was the only tea I tried from the HHTTB R3 that I wanted to keep. I’m still surprised how much I like melon teas. This one I don’t get a ton of watermelon in this tea, the cantaloupe seems to be the dominant flavor here. It’s definitely sharper than the butiki cantaloupe and cream, which is much smoother. But I downed this cup quite quickly, which is a sure sign I like it a lot.

HHTTB Round 3

Settled down with a cup of this this morning. It was a nice. Definitely very similar to Harney & Sons Paris, which is ironic considering that was the tea I made for my MOH this morning while I was making this one for me. I was lovely and not too overpoweringly flavored. I think I’d choose Paris over this one if I had to choose, though.

It has been an insane weekend, so it was nice to just sit down with a cup of tea for once. This weekend was my 10 year high school reunion, and we had events all weekend. I had a great time and really enjoyed myself, but this introvert was happy to have her quiet home to come back to and sit on the sofa and sip tea in silence. haha. I still cannot believe I’d been 10 years since I graduated high school. weird.

HHTTB Round 3

Eh. Not a jasmine tea I would look forward to drinking again. It has not quite bitter, but just off putting aftertaste. the jasmine isn’t very strong, but it’s also not very interesting. I didn’t feel like this one has the depth of flavor that so many other jasmine teas have. This one is a dud for me.

HHTTB Round 3

Definitely malty. And it tastes better than it smells, but not something I’d want again. It had a distinctly fruity undertone, but I couldn’t decided what the fruit was. It was just alright.

HHTTB Round 3

I don;t think I’ve ever seen a black white tea blend. I was confused by that, but just went with the steepster suggested time and temp and was definitely happy with it. I had then a few days ago and forgot to log it, but it was a nice cup and I remember finding the cinnamon in it to be very comforting and didn’t think anything about it was super overpowering. I would definitely drink this again. It was a good rainy day tea.

HHTTB Round 3

I’m pretty sure I told my fiance this tasted vaguely like pool water. I am not a fan of this. It smelled weird and just did not taste enjoyable at all.

I received this in a swap with Cheri a while ago and am just now getting around to trying it. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it because I didn’t really care for Creamy Eggnog, but surprisingly I found it to be really pleasant. I would definitely drink this again. It was definitely creamy and I get a bit of vanilla maybe? I think I like it better than creamy eggnog because it was much less eggy.

HHTTB Round 3

This is so lovely and subtle. Such a nice light peach and slightly floral white tea. I am finding I like white teas more and more these days. This one does sort of smell like a candle… but luckily it does not taste like a candle, which is the important part. =)

The first time I tried loose leaf tea at home, I was hooked. I’ve been drinking tea for years now, though I still feel like such a newbie in the world of teas. There are so many things I’ve never tried from so many new to me companies!

I used to be very much a black tea drinker, but have started, in the last year, to realize that I prefer the lightness of greens and whites much more.

That said, I will basically try any tea once (probably twice, just in case)!

My review categories:
100-94: I never want to run out of these!
93-80: Restock please!
79-60: Definitely like, but not a must have
59-50: Not lovin’ it, but I’d drink it again
49 & below: nope, Nope, NOPE.
