This tea. This tea is in my number 2 spot for most favorite. It possesses an explosion of scents and flavours at any temperature you steep it or any amount you decide to use. When you make it 3 tsp at 212degrees, The whole room will brighten from it’s delicious spicy scent (almost like that cinammon apple spice candle at walmart, not too overbearing but addicting). The taste is something else entirely. It starts off like a normal masala chai, with the cinnamon you can taste right off the bat and followed by a soothing, almost creamy texture. But then, there’s the after taste. This part is my favorite. The after taste literally crackles and leaves a delightful tingling sensation on the tongue. This is from the gunpowder! I used to take this tea to work and make it on break. It really wakes one up when you are tired and keeps you in a giddy and bouncy mood for most of the morning. And if you aren’t into the extreme spice in the morning, just add a tough of almond milk instead of cream, that tames it nicely. (Almost like Gandolf fighting the Balrog!)

Bio

I am a Florida based housewife with two growing rattie boys! I am married to the best man a lady could ask for (even if he doesn’t enjoy tea all that much). I consider myself an amateur tea-fancy and am willing to learn all I can to make the perfect cup with each pour.

Location

Florida, surrounded by tea and in sweatpants.
