drank Vanilla Black by Harney & Sons
31 tasting notes

After really liking the vanilla notes in Harney’s Wedding Tea, I decided to go all the way and get the Vanilla black. The vanilla aroma is intoxicating but it doesn’t overpower the tea. It’s still black tea and can have a bit of an ugly aftertaste if you brew too strong or too long. That being said, I am ordering more. It’s great.

I thought I liked tea, so I sought out good tea. Now I know I like (good) tea in all shapes, colors and sizes.

I nearly always drink it straight, no chaser unless I’m pretending to be The Queen.

I’ll also play around with brew times, temps and blending as it amuses me. But, as I am scientifically-minded, I remember what crazy combinations I like and will return to them often.
