I simmered a sample of this (two teaspoons) in two cups of almond milk (unsweetened vanilla) on the stove.

It was tasty and very soothing! I think I will purchase a small amount at some point as it was a very relaxing drink. The tea is indeed very fine and a tiny amount escaped my fairly fine strainer, but it didn’t really bother me. I used almond milk for its low carb content so I can’t speak for it in actual milk, and I haven’t brewed it in water. But I was quite happy with this as my past chai experiences have been touch-and-go.
