Yay! This came in the mail yesterday, before the long weekend. This morning was the perfect time to try it. I was worried about this one as other breakfast-themed teas have not completely worked for me. But a sniff upon opening the pouch showed much promise.
This is really tasty. It’s very mapley, but there is a bit of butteriness and also a sort of battery taste. I mostly tasted these things on the end of a sip, and then mostly at the beginning of the cup. By the end of the cup I was really only tasting black tea for some reason. But, I do like how the flavours are balanced nicely with the robust black tea. Yum!
