I’ve become totally overwhelmed by the number of teas I have spilling all over my kitchen. I’m going to ramp up my efforts to get through them. One way I’ll attempt this is keeping a big pitcher of cold tea at the ready so that I drink it constantly. I’m also closing in on my bucket of samples and odds and ends.

Like this one. This sample has been open for quite some time but was never finished. Why? I don’t know. It’s quite tasty. It came out a bit weak today but I should have steeped it longer and I added a good amount of milk. I’m getting more chocolate this time than the first time I tried this, and am really enjoying the gentle spices.
