I bought this online from Teavivre a while ago. I used all the leaves from one packet, but I could have split it into two or three parts to use later. Keemun is not particularly my favorite black tea, but it was one of the first loose leaf teas I had ever bought. This tea is actually very good. It is smoky but not overpowering or ‘in your face’. It is a little woody and has a hint of cacao in it. It is ever so slightly astringent, but it is VERY smooth. In fact, I didn’t add any additives to this tea at all. This was a pleasant and good experience and a great morning brew.

Yum! I love Adagio’s blueberries & cream (I think it was a custom blend). I haven’t ordered it in a long time because of my enormous tea stash, but this was very refreshing reminder. Yssah sent this to me a long time ago during a swap.

I love the warm and creamy blend with the hint of blueberries. The blueberries wasn’t tart, and for that I love this blend so much. I don’t like tart.. well too much tartness is not good. This is excellent especially with milk and sugar. The flavors come out more. This is a good dessert tea!

Ginger is very strong alone. I usually make ginger and black tea blends by cutting and crushing fresh ginger and boiling it. I haven’t tried this alone yet, but since I got sick, I went to Fairway and saw this in a teabag and decided to buy it. I brew this with black tea (Red Rose Tea) and it is perfect. It is just the perfect amount of spicy ginger that slightly stings my tongue but soothes my throat and stomach. It blends well with the black tea. I am not rating this yet until I try this alone.

I finally opened up a package of this tea that I had bought from Teavivre a long time ago. I love the shiny purple packaging. Upon opening it up, there was another plastic bag inside that I had to peel off the tea leaves. The tea leaves were sticky and looked glazed. I put them in a small teapot and watched as the water turned a translucent and slightly muddy honey color. The leaves expanded and were medium-large in size. I love oolong teas, but this is the first time I have had this blend before. This tea tastes great! It has a floral and sweet taste to it. I love how the honey is infused in this tea, and it isn’t overpowering either. This is a delicious tea. I have one more packet left!

I used the last bits of this tea blend to make chai over the stovetop. I used 8 cardamom pods, 6 cloves, a handful of black peppercorn, and a cinnamon stick. It was absolute divine! I made enough for my husband and my dad, and they loved it too. This has a nice tea base, and since the tea blend itself was barely spiced, the one that I had tossed up was perfect with this tea.

I received this from yssah a long time ago as well! I have always been a fan of thai tea, and I used to make a lot of it at home too. This one is exactly like the tea I used to buy! I can’t smell very well right now because I’m sick, but I can sense slight hints of that warm slightly lemongrass-y, slightly medicinal scent that it usually has. I am awful at describing this scent, but it smells.. well.. just like thai tea. I had to use a finer meshed tea bag for this as there is a little dust in there. It brews a beautiful wild, orange! I brewed this in a mug and added sugar and milk to it. Usually I make this over the stovetop and use sugar and condensed milk. Must do that next time!
