I’ve been a long time patron of ZenCha. I don’t go as often these day as I live several hours away. They have exceptional teas and the owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also host tea demonstrations the educate people on the different cultures of tea. If you’re ever in Columbus you can check out one of their three locations.
I used to order traditional teas from a company named specialteas.com. After they sold out it has taken me years to find a website that has the same quality and variety of tea. In addition, since it’s a new company and they’re eager to build a cliental, they are offering all kinds of discounts and free samples. They seem very personable and that’s one thing I look for in a company; customer service. I’ve only ordered from Blue Lantern Tea a few times but have been more than satisfied. Quick service, great teas, and immediate response to inquiries. Keep it up Blue Lantern!
