I did two out of curiosity cold steeps last night and this is the first of them. The candy lips definitely turn this an interesting shade of red.
I don’t recommend this method if this tea also reminds you of Lip Smackers of the past. Once I get over the smell and initial taste that reminds me so much of the Mint Choco Ship flavor I had when I was 8 or 9. After that though, this is pretty tasty.
Definitely not something I would have ever thought to cold steep before. I think the chocolate seems more pronounced this way.
I would NEVER have cold-brewed this one! Now I want to try it.
I never would have made the association but you are absolutely right, it smells like lip smackers! Kinda makes me love it even more :P
