I’m actually having some straight matcha, prepared the traditional way, for once!

It is intensely vegetal, and a little bitter, though it might be my fault. It is probably getting pretty old, and I may have scorched it with too hot water.

Oh well, hurrying to sip up this cup so I can make some of my new Mandala teas that just came in the mail!!!!! What do I try first?? :)
