What? No one has reviewed this one yet?? OK, I’ll give it a shot :)
I just steeped up a cup. It smells SO plummy! I can taste plum and the brandy too, and some creamy something or other that my brain is trying to make cheesecake. I’m drinking this unsweetened so I’m sure sweetening it would boost the dessert-like factor, but I like it plenty well unsweetened!
I feel the base is perfectly matched here, and plum is such an unusual flavor to find in tea. Quite interesting and unique!
