I have found the staff to be very helpful, and knowledgeable about the teas. The Tea itself is unbeatable to me. I only wish I didn’t have to drive 75km to get there. :0(

I love Teaopia in the mall that I work. I go multiple times a week, I’m on a first name basis with the manager and some of the staff. They’re all great people and are great at their job. And the drinks are always fantastic. And the wide selection of loose-leaf is the best I’ve come across.
