6444 Tasting Notes

Well I made this and had one lovely sip hot before my family realized our dog was missing. We then took to the streets to search for him. An hour later he turned up and now he’s back home and my tea is cold. Still tasty though, like honey and stonefruit. Thank you Ubacat for adding this to the box because it was a delightful treat among all the crazy.

I picked the box up from Sil today after work and when I got home I immediately went through it, pulling teas that interested me and adding in the teas I had already packaged to share. By the time I finished doing that, eating dinner, and showering, it was fairly late so I decided to reach for a caffeine free option. This was by the top of the box and one I have had before but couldn’t recall how I felt about it so I decided to revisit the tea.
Now I am sipping on it while watching Smallville in bed. It captures the Lemon Meringue flavor quite nicely between the fluffy vanilla and the creamy lemon notes. Yep, I am definitely a fan of this one and since its from a local company, it won’t be too hard to pick up more in the future…probably after I finish the fair amount of Lemon Chiffon tea I have lying around. Thank you Sil for the chance to give this another try.

I wrote a tasting note for this last night but my computer glitched and deleted it before I could publish it. I got lazy and decided not to rewrite it but I’m being lazy st work and decided to just note that this was awesome. Both spiced and tangy and it smelled amazing.
Glad you enjoyed it and glad you found your dog. It’s a horrible feeling when they are lost out there and you’re worried about them. I’ve been through that a couple of times with my cats.
Yeah, we were panicking because of how cold it was going to be last night but also because we had a dog stolen before and were worried that it happened again. Luckily he turned up.
