6444 Tasting Notes
When I started drinking this I got smoke. No idea where it was coming from but there it was. That has since subsided leaving room for the vegetal base, toasty rice, and just a hint of marshmallow. The usual flavor I get from this tea seems to be missing today but it’s still nice.
Second festive eggnog latte of the day and it’s the first time in a while the flavor of the tea is really shining. Creamy vanilla mint. Oh-so-good. Perhaps it’s because this is a sipdown and all the good bits fell to the bottom? Now I want more but I have so many other similar teas that I probably won’t act on that until at least next year.
Happy Holidays everyone! Since the first night of Hanukkah has fallen on Christmas Eve this year, I decided what better way to celebrate than with a Hanukkah tea as an eggnog latte. This was a pretty awesome plan since the caramel and marshmallow flavors are really shining in this mug. Super sweet and gooey and oh-so-delicious. Yum!
