Yep, 30 sec. I love how Japanese greens all have different leaf amount/temp/water volume ratios.

I know! it’s insane, haha. Black tea 4-5 minutes, haha. Green tea… eh it varies. This one was so strong for 30 seconds! Must of been that extra green thing.
