Generally I prefer straight green over black but I think it’s important to get a good tasting profile of each type. Not sure of this one. Theres alot going on in this cup. Woodsy notes, slight bark… Definitely assam. Not my favorite plain black but not bad.

I will drink any type and love to taste whatever I can get my hands on.
