I cold-steeped this one at work, and I found it to be even more refreshing than hot. The bergamot presents itself as a sweet and crisp orangey note, and the more earthy and chocolatey notes from the base that I get when it’s been brewed hot are replaced by it. Perfect way to brew this tea for the summer.
