Tried this one over the weekend. I think the water temp was too high, because it tasted cooked to me. But the peach flavoring tasted genuine and refreshing to me, and the bloom was orange and delicate and gorgeous. Blooming teas are such a delight for all the senses. This was my first white, non-jasmine flavored one, and I loved it. If the water were just a titch bit cooler, I’m sure the white tea base would have tasted more on-point.
