It’s been a while since I last crafted a chili pepper tea, so I decided that I’d make up for that with this yummy blend! This blend is crafted with our blend of organic Chinese green teas (Gunpowder & Chun Mee), blood oranges, mangoes & finely chopped dried cayenne peppers for a touch of spice!
This has a kick to it. It’s not what I would call very spicy, but there is a distinct kick to it. The citrus adds a note of brightness to the cup, and the mango is sweet. This is really nice: sweet & spicy! It’s also organic, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free & all natural!

Cold-brewed this and took it outside with me for an al fresco work session this afternoon. I’m not sure the chili added much, honestly… the spice felt a little out of place! Maybe if it had just been a mango-chili blend, rather than blood orange AND mango AND chili? I dunno.
