Wow! This tea is so good!

It starts with a blend of green teas (Chinese Gunpowder, Chun Mee & Young Hyson), to which I added spearmint leaves, freeze-dried raspberries & vanilla bean.

The result is a refreshing cuppa that tastes amazing hot – but also makes a stunning cold-brew! It’s sweet-tart from the raspberries, crisp & vibrant from the mint & smooth from the touch of vanilla. A delightful flavor combination!

It’s also organic, vegan, gluten-free & allergen-friendly!

organic ingredients: green teas, spearmint leaves, raspberries, vanilla bean & natural flavors

to brew: shake the pouch well before measuring to ensure that all the ingredients are properly incorporated. The spearmint leaves, in particular, like to shift their way toward the bottom of the pouch!

Use 3g of tea to 12oz of very hot water (heated to 175°F) & steep for 2 minutes. Strain & allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes before you start sipping. Enjoy!

serving suggestion: as I mentioned before, this makes a great hot or cold drink. I love this one cold-brewed! It tastes great without addition, however, a teensy bit of sugar will bring out the vanilla nicely.

Homemade Advent Calendar from AJRimmer – Day 2

Ooh, another tea from a company I’m fond of, yay! The raspberry here is just the right level of tart and not particularly sweet, and it pairs nicely with the mint. Perhaps unsurprisingly, this was great after a big lunch. Even better as a tea soda. Very happy with this one.
