I made a HUGE pitcher of this ICED yesterday and forgot to log. I really think the way to go with this one is ICED. It makes more sense than having it hot. Yesterday I really remember the pear taste popping out.

A pleasant fruity flavor to this. Sweet and not too tart, but a nice berry tingle in the finish. I like it better as it cools, because I find it a little more tart when it is hot. The cherry flavor really seems to come alive as it cools.

A really nice blend. I am off to write a review for the Tea Review Blog now…

tried this hot and it wasn’t bad. Not my favorite though. I’ve heard it’s better iced, so I’ll try that next time. It smells like it would make good iced tea.
