From Admaritea

Oolong tea was born among the Wuyi Mountains of the Northwestern province of Fujian, China. The first oolongs were rich and dark, highly oxidized and complex. Wuyi still produces these robust, flavorful oolongs. Jin Fo is a full, round, warm cup that is reminiscent of the first oolongs. The leaves are highly fired to produce a tea that is laced with the flavors of cinnamon and chocolate. Rich and complex, this is a tea worthy of the most meditative moments.

Wha ‘jin fo? Delicious ripe persimmon and light cinnamon/clove spice wrapped up in a delicate piece of turkish delight , that’s what.
