This blend uses caffeine-free South African Rooibos powder, packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger, turmeric and vegan protein have all been added to create a totally natural post-performance brew.

When To Take
In the afternoon, evening and post-performance, with or without food.

How To Take
To take hot, pour a dash of cold water over half a teaspoon of powder and stir into a paste. Then pour over boiling water and occasionally stir. To take iced, add half a teaspoon of powder to 200-500ml of cold water into a bottle and shake. Goes well with any milk, smoothies, yoghurts, pancakes or oats.

Whisked up and enjoyed iced post workout/walk.

I expected this to taste a lot more spicy heavy, and I really anticipated not enjoying it at all. However, the strongest flavour was BY FAR the rooibos in the blend. Very, very woody with a bit of a pepperiness as a subtle honey element, with light turmeric/ginger. VERY light turmeric/ginger. I actually liked it a lot.

Not sure if this helped me “recover” from my workout – I suppose in the sense that I was very parched and it was highly hydrating? But other than that, I’m not sure.
