I think I used a little too much tea and brewed this at the wrong temperature. It is sweet and a little bitter. It i somewhat astringent. It is a strong Ceylon tea. I brewed this western style for 3 min with boiling water in an 18 oz teapot. I used 3 tsp leaf.
It came out far too strong. I have noticed that some teas demand to be steeped with less tea. I will try this one again with 200 degree water and 2 tsp of leaf for an 18 oz cup and see what I get.
It has the strong flavor of strawberries.
