This is basic Baozhong you can buy in city of Pinglin. I went there to try one of the underated oolongs since high mountain tea is very popular.
Tea is Oolong but level of oxidation is around 10% so it is very close to green tea.
Taste of the tea liquid is very fresh, crispy, bit of sea weed and bitterness is there right away after first flush. Without bitterness it wouldn’t be a tea. ;)
I have tried higher grade of this tea and the taste was full and rounded but was lacking that crispy mouthfeel. Tea owner told me: Just go with the cheaper one and if you really like it you will come back for more.
I recommend this tea to everyone who wants to try forgotten taiwanese oolong with similarity to green tea
