Description

One of the five most famous teas of China and at the same time the best of the Mao Feng tea family, coming from the early March harvest. “Ji Pin” indicates that this is the best, exclusive, choice class of tea quality.

It is grown in Anhui Province on the slopes of the legendary Yellow Mountains. The leaf has a beautiful bright green color and consists of a tip and two young leaflets. The leaves are freely dried and the sight of them will delight the eyes of every tea lover. The infusion has a very light green-yellow color with a gentle, sweet, fresh taste and a rich herbal-floral aroma reminiscent of magnolias. After drinking, a long sweet aftertaste remains on the palate.
