From Camellia Sinensis

Originating from Guangdong, the fine twisted leaves of this blue-green tea also reflect, as its name implies, shades of yellow (Huang). The infusion is full of fruity (honey melon) and floral flavors. Its soft liquor has a silky texture embellished with vegetal (zucchini) and vanilla notes. A balanced and complex tea with a deep aromatic persistence.

This is every bit as delicious as the Verdant version I just discovered. Such a great tea. The only difference I can see is that where the Verdant one makes me think of buttered toast with apricot jam, this one makes me think I blended in some of my American Tea Room Immortal Green, which is a peachy green with brown sugar notes.
