This classic style ‘invoice’ (batch) from Castleton Tea Garden has slightly darker leaves than usual for the First Flush harvest of Darjeeling. Its coppery liquor is rich and full bodied, combining its fiery and brisk aspects of vegetables and bark with softer nuances of fruit and caramelized malt. A good boost to start the day!
