From Canton Tea Co

Made entirely by hand in the traditional way, this outstanding Long Jing from Shi Feng Mountain is picked from the first spring growth on old trees of the Xi Hu #43 varietal.

Long Jing is China’s classic green tea. It is available in many grades – but this is one of the very best. Made from the first flush of small spring leaves, after firing they are a mottled yellowy-green. The tea demonstrates its quality in the even ‘one bud and two leaves’ style. It produces bright golden-green liquor packed with an intensely, sweet flavour and carries a refreshing, clean aftertaste. One of the best Long Jings we have tasted.
