Undrinkable. The smell is amazing, it’s true, but I couldn’t finish my cup. I set one bag in one cup of boiling water with one packet of NuStevia. It was gross.

This tea smelled like heaven on earth and tasted … well, it tasted like hot water. Really disappointed in this one.

As is with a lot of Celestial Seasoning’s flavored teas, it gives off an extremely strong scent as hot water is poured over it. I had a friend grab me a whole bunch of boxes of this, since it’s both A) Seasonal and B) Legendary on Tumblr.

What exactly is “natural sugar cookie flavor”? Who cares! This tea is absolutely delicious. It tastes like I’m drinking liquid (and diluted) sugar cookie. Don’t expect it to literally taste like a sugar cookie. It is tea, after all. It’s very good though, and I can gulp down several cups of it without getting sick of it. It’s barely tea, however, in terms of taste. That doesn’t make it NOT delicious though! ^^

When it’s brewed, it has a very, very light color. I always recommend putting in sugar, because I love sugar in my tea.

We purchased this tea at the store in Celestial Seasonings after taking the tour of their factory. It’s one of my favorites! Im going to try some of the other suggestions on how to make this tea with milk etc…Im sure that it will be amazing!

I bought this around Christmas and fell in love with it. The first time I brewed it, I wasn’t really sure what to do with it, but now I steep it quite a while, give the teabag a good stir in the water before I remove it, add half a teaspoon of sugar (come on, it’s sugar cookie tea!) and a dash of milk. This tea is the color of snow, it smells heavenly (very buttery-smelling to me!), and is very smooth and nice. A lovely tea for any time you want something sweet. The tea isn’t very strong (hence steeping for so long, although I’ll have to try double-bagging it), but it’s good. The smell is my favorite part about it!

It’s too bad I didn’t pick up more. Oh well, at least there are other dessert teas out there!

I received rave reviews about this tea from several friends. I really wanted to like it. I had an open mind even t hough I have had bad lick with Celestial Seasonings in the past. Based upon their recommendations I decided to try it. It smelled GREAT dry. However, the taste (to me) was chemically and lacking. Also, the smell when steeped to me was like sour milk. I will not be drinking this again. However, can I use it as potpourri? (ha!)

(As an aside my husband liked this A LOT. So to each his/her own!)

’Tis the season, as they say. But why should bad, seasonal herbal infusions have to dominate the shelves thusly? This is yet another poorly fathomed attempt by Celestial Seasonings to pervade a wide-open Christmas tea market. Any black tea, even filtered through a dirty sock, would taste better in comparison. Fail.

So I bought this to complete my Celestial Holiday Tea Collection.
Teabag smelled great but it warned me that it was going to be a quite sweet tea.
Readybrew was an utter disappointment, if this is what sugarcookies taste like I most certainly dont like them!
Cant remember what it tasted like and im not up for brewing me a cup to find an appropriate description, but I can say this much: gross.

Very yummy tea! Tastes and smells very warm and comforting, just like fresh baked cookies. Definitely an evening tea, I think this would make me a little too relaxed at work. I do wish the flavor was a little stronger though – it seems a little weak, regardless of steep time.

How do they make a sugarcookie flavored tea (wo/ a cookie crumb in sight)?
Lovely, light tea that does well with milk. Especially nice that CS teas always can be
made in a mega mug (not like stash teas that get watery). And with milk thistle,
see ma, tea is good for me. So if you want to give your liver some love, sugar cookies are the way forward :)
