From Chado Tea Room, Japanese American National Museum

This special blend of tea is named after Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival), also known as Girls’ Day (March 3). With a hint of peach, the traditional flower associated with the holiday, the light, fresh flavor echoes the onset of Spring and will inspire tea parties under blossoming trees. Ingredients include green bancha tea with safflowers, marigolds and peach pieces. Each tin contains 1.5 oz.

So I am not the biggest fan of either green tea or peach, but I am a fan of Hinamatsuri, or Girls Day (which is coming up soon!), so this blend (in a very cute tin) was a must buy for me.
Initial sip is not overly impressive. I may have let it steep too long, and so we’ll see if it improves with a more watchful eye on the steep time.
