what a light and bright cup! and earthy too!
i’m so glad i bought this. i love black teas most, but i am certainly always searching for a good dazzling green tea with heart. something i can gulp regularly that has weight but isn’t dense.

“What a couple of lightweights. You couldn’t even make it to closing time.”

the flavors in this blend are strong. so i’m not sure how resilient it will be for the long haul. but tonight i brewed it short and sipped it casually. and i enjoyed it’s stoic freshness very much.

perhaps someday i could even try it with a side of limoncello.

This tea was decent. I was really excited to try this tea! But I feel like it was a bit too… detox-y for me.
It tasted way too healthy for me, and I just wanted chocolate ahha.
The ginger really did come out as it was steeping! ANd that’s what sorta did it for me. Loved the smokiness from the gunpowder, and the balance of the peppermint and the citrus, but I feel like that the ginger was a bit.. off.
I would do without the addition of the ginger.

I was slightly hungover from drinking half a bottle of wine last night, so I chose this tea! (Yes, I am as much as lightweight as Sherlock & John.) The mint really stood out to me and that was mostly what came through.

i thought that i’d like this one more. it has a number of ingredients that i like and seemed like it would be a fun tasting blend. sadly, it’s pretty much coming across as a minty green. I’m not getting any of the other flavours :( Shmiracles sent this my way and i’m glad for it…even if i know nothing about this fandom, they’re fun to try! :)
