Relief is on the way

Gail knows a thing or two about treating a cold. After all, she’s a mom. She says there’s nothing more soothing than a nice warm lemony drink, with a much-needed kick from a little green tea. And moms for thousands of years have been using ginger to soothe sore throats and runny noses. Try adding fresh garlic if you’re really desperate. (MK Kosher)

Ingredients: Organic: Chinese green tea, ginger, lemongrass, lemon myrtle.

I was hit with one of those awful mutant cold viruses just as the new year approached. It got to the point where my throat was on fire, I could barely breathe and had no energy. So I mustered up all the energy I could and went with my cousin to David’s Tea to see what stuff they had for sickness. The Cold Remedy tea was recommended and my god is it delicious. I love love love ginger tea and the combination with lemon was very soothing. After drinking about 2 cups a day for 3 days, I began to feel significantly better!
