Earl Grey goes east
There are a lot of legends and tall tales circulating about Earl Grey, but what about the tea itself? According to the Grey family, Earl Grey tea was specially blended by a Chinese tea merchant to complement the water in Howick Hall, their family mansion. This Chinese twist on the original blend is a tribute to that innovative tea blender. With oolong tea, jasmine flowers and schizandra berries from China, it’s a fresh, floral take on the classic.
