The aroma was familiar immediately but it took awhile to place it. Then it came to me. The Herb flavoured Ricola cough drops. I was surprised at how pink the liquor was though. I guess that is probably the rose hips. The flavour was strange, but pleasant and calming. I found the mint, lemon, and herb flavours all very strong separately, but the mixture is interesting. Definitely cough drop reminiscent.

Just delightful!
I threw some Egyptian Chamomile on top of the tea in question last night before bed, and not only did it taste great and calm my mind, body and soul, I’m pretty sure I had a lucid dream!

Definitely a good wind down tea after a long day! Doesn’t make you too drowsy so it doesn’t have to be a before bed tea, just a nice soothing & relaxing tea. Very yummy!

I thought this was a great tea for stress-relief and relaxation. I drank it at work; it wasn’t overkill on the valerian as it didn’t make me drowsy. However, I would recommend it as something to drink to wind down in the evenings.
