Scottish Breakfast tea is a Caledonian classic; malty and full bodied with hints of oak. The perfect accompaniment to a bowl of porridge or a bowl of Frosties to give you the strength to face a driech Scottish morning.

To Enjoy: Use 1 tsp per cup, add freshly boiled water and brew for 3 mins. Serve immediately or remove leaves so you don’t ruin all your hard work. Can be enjoyed outside Scotland. Perfect with or without milk.

Made up a pot of this for breakfast (2 heaped tsp for ~450 ml). The first cup poured was frankly too weak for milk, and the second cup (poured only seconds later) needed more milk & sugar than I expected. Maybe I need to stir the pot before pouring, or strain into a pitcher and then pour into cups, or just use the one-cup brewing basket like I did last time.
