From Great British Tea Store

The very finest raspberries blended with fresh summer honey. This tea makes a great wake-up morning tea or also a refreshing iced tea on a sunny summers day. Other luxury ingredients and natural flavours that complete the fruity and flowery bouquet are strawberry pieces, blackberry leaves and chamomile and rose petals. 3 high grown Ceylon teas form the base of our Raspberry and Honey blend, many teas were tested but these allowed the flavours to shine through the most as well as having a floral bouquet all of their own. We don’t believe in using low quality teas as bases of our flavoured black teas, with a Great British Tea Store Tea you get quality in every ingredient used.

This tea had a surprisingly strong honey flavor with just a hint of raspberry. The black base didn’t really come through, but there was a slight astringency to the aftertaste. I enjoyed it, but I don’t think I would re-purchase.

Cold steeping this was a mistake. I did so the way I do most teas, and it was tasty enough…but I didn’t really get raspberry and honey. I got more of a fruity whisp with black tea taste. And no honey. Hm. Perhaps hot this is good, but I used up the sample cold steeping it because with fruity flavors it usually does great things…but not this time apparently.
