From Grey's Teas

Jun Chiyabari is located in the Hile Hills of eastern Nepal and uses natural farming practices. Drinking this fabulous oolong from this excellent garden (we stock their first flush too) you are hit at once by its pungent, irresistible aroma which follows through without disappointment to be a most wonderous tea. The character is of peaches and apricots but with a satisfying aromatic woody-tobacco like complexity. Use 5 grams for 250 ml water well off the boil. Brew for three minutes and savour. We also have Jun Chiybari First Flush.

The aroma is beautifully florally and woodsy-sweet…much like Cedar?

It tastes like a sweet-wood and peach. The middle to the end of the sip is a juicy yet velvety and semi-creamy floral type taste. It’s very nice. Reminds me of a few Formosa oolongs I have tried but better!

This is a WINNER :)
