Now that I am officially back to tea tasting after a short hiatus due to trying to get my digestion issues back on track – I decided to start with some herbals and work my way around back up to my daily cuppa’s!
This is one of the first ones I started with – other than all the peppermint I have been drinking!
This one really surprised me. It was better than I anticipated.
Once Infused it was a little murky but the flavor is just as it starts Ginger and Fennel and Cinnamon. There is a surprising yet welcomed savory-brothiness to it, too!
This is a fine herbal tisane, indeed!
This is pretty darned tasty… I was a little hesitant – as I am with all herbal teas, but, this has a really satisfying taste … chocolate-y notes from the cacao shells and a nice licorice-y taste that is sweet and a little zesty too. The ingredients make this very much like a chai, but, it doesn’t taste like a spicy chai, instead it seems like it’s been blended in such a way as to enhance calm… and I am feeling calmer by the moment as I sip this.
