From Hojo Tea

Bai Ying Shan is a mountain located in Lin Cang.

Bai Ying Shan 2012 is a very fresh tea. It was plucked in the beginning of April. It gives a refreshing flavour that reminds us of the white tea, flower or sugar cane. Since this tea is made of very good material, it is not bitter or astringent at all. Generally, children prefer tea that has not been matured. This tea gives a very soft and smooth drinking feeling, with full body and long-lasting taste. Most of children love this tea very much. This tea is very rich in polyphenols. Polyphenol is the core substance in tea that produces fruity or honey flavour when tea is well-matured. Since this tea is rich in poly phenol, this tea is exceptionally ideal tea for maturation. If you love the flavour of Bai Ying Shan 2008, you can just keep this tea for about 3 to 5 years. It is important not to open the bag and keep it without oxygen. We suggest you to store tea at the warmest place in your house and refrain it from direct sunshine.

Brewed up the last bit of this tea last night.

I had forgotten how good this tastes. It smells fresh and fruity and has a very deep taste. It lasts through the steeps like a champ as well. Fortunately, I have another cake of this.
