This most extraordinary tea is harvested before the first rains come to the slopes of the Korean mountains.
The freshest of leaves are first steamed and then roasted, which gives them a balanced flavour combining the creamy sweetness of a light chinese oolong with the freshness of a japanese gyokuro. Smooth, rounded and with a complex finish, we were delighted with this tea, even up to the fourth brew.
This tea is produced under certified Organic Cultivation methods.
